PSMB is a growth equity investor currently investing out of its fourth fund. PSMB strives to help businesses grow and succeed by leveraging our firm’s knowledge, experience and relationships.The Associate/Analyst can expect to work closely with the partners in Merchant Banking to make a real impact through involvement in all facets of the private equity process. Duties may include:* Creating and iterating complex financial models* Conducting financial valuations and creating return models for potential new investments* Working with senior members of the Merchant Banking team to evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential new investments* Preparing investment memoranda* Preparing quarterly valuation reports* Preparing quarterly and annual reports for our limited partners* Maintaining the Merchant Banking deal pipeline and transaction recordsOur environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial.
