Role Description This is a contract role for a Wedding Coordinator & Planner. Based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area, the role involves collaborating with clients to plan, coordinate, and execute their wedding day. Responsibilities include developing event timelines, liaising with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing day-of logistics to ensure seamless execution. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are essential to this role. Qualifications Expertise in Wedding Planning and Event Planning to design and execute memorable weddings and events. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Event Management skills to organize schedules, budgets, and logistics efficiently for successful events. Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail to address challenges and ensure high-quality execution. Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and adapt to dynamic environments during events.
