You're looking to become a trusted part of a family's village, building meaningful relationships and leaving a lasting positive imprint on the lives of the people you support.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Organization & MaintenanceCreate and/or maintain household organization systemsDaily resets and prep home for cleaners (weekly)Light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas)Seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding)Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offsPacking/unpacking for travel Indoor plant careChange batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.Inventory & ErrandsRestock pantry, refrigerator, and household suppliesManage running household supply lists (hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc.)Manage household orders and subscriptions (Instacart, Amazon, Costco, and Target)Handle returns, dry cleaning, and gift shoppingMail and package handlingBreak down boxesMeal Planning & PrepPrepare 3 proteins weekly (e.g., roast chickens, steak, etc.)Prepare breakfast 2-3 times per week (pancakes with flax or buckwheat, eggs, muffins, etc.)Make grab-and-go items such as (oatmeal, chia pudding, guacamole, and cut vegetables, etc.)Prepare healthy kid-friendly snacks Plate food and facilitate family meals when children come home from schoolGrocery shopping with attention to detail and high standards for produce qualityFollow dietary preferences: whole foods, healthy, kid-friendly mealsMaintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocolsComplete kitchen clean-up and maintenanceLaundry & Linen CareWash, fold, and organize laundryWeekly linen rotation for sheetsMaintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areasVehicle ManagementComplete car washes and general vehicle cleaningOrganize family vehicles and implement garbage systemFuel vehicles as neededFamily Support & Child AssistancePick-ups/drop-offs-regularlyLight supervision / back-up childcarePrep backpacks/clothing/snacksKid-related errandsDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsOccasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards, couch)Refresh garage/mudroom/entry
