Overview We are looking for an individual to join our team in Wilmington, NC who can offer outstanding service to our membership. Scheduling availability is required during all operating hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service by assisting members with their financial needs and inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to credit union rules and regulations. Process debits and credits efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Promote financial products and services, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance member relationships. Detect and prevent potential fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and member interactions. Qualifications Preferred background in banking and financial services Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Excellent member/customer service and communication abilities Experience with financial sales and upselling techniques Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection methods Ability to manage member relationships effectively Please visit our company website to complete an employment application and initial assessments.
