This is a hands‑on position that combines production line work with grounds and facility maintenance. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently — both inside the plant and around the property. Responsibilities Assist in operating and maintaining the production line, including assembling, palletizing, and packaging products. Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment safely and responsibly. Perform grounds keeping duties, such as mowing, trimming, cleaning outdoor areas, and maintaining landscaping around the facility. Help with general facility upkeep, including light maintenance as needed. Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work as part of a close‑knit team, taking on tasks as needed to support production and site operations. Qualifications Previous experience in production, warehouse, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and work on your feet for long periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Mechanically inclined and willing to learn new equipment and processes. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. Dependable with a positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to and from work.
