Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM as scheduled; call response time 30 minutes; late room 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Setting: Supervision model is site specific
Travel and Lodging: Travel support is available based on provider availability
EMR: Medaxion

Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope

• Orthopedics
• General surgery
• Endoscopy
• OB and GYN
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• Ophthalmology
• Plastics

Required Qualifications

• CRNA
• Active, unrestricted Vermont license (required to start the application)
• DEA required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA required as applicable)
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days (site dependent)
