Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00a to 3:00p; late room 7:00a to 5:00p; call rotation approximately once per week (3:00p to 7:00a)

Site Details

• Hospital setting (Level III Trauma Center, 5 ORs)
• Supervision model (noted as 60% supervision)
• EMR: Medaxion

Required Qualifications

• Active VT license required to start application
• DEA required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
• Case logs required for epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Incentives and Selling Points

• $3,000 completion bonus for 12 consecutive full weeks worked at qualifying sites
