Met groeimogelijkheid naar Customer Onboarding Specialist GeoDynamics is een toonaangevend SaaS-bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen van award-winning locatie-gebaseerde softwareoplossingen. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, wensen we het team uit te breiden met een Customer Service Representative (m/v/x). Taakomschrijving Als Customer Service Representative ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze bestaande klanten. Via mail, chat en telefoon zorg je er elke dag opnieuw voor dat klanten snel en helder geholpen worden. Jouw aanpak is altijd gericht op het empoweren van de klant: je legt de werking van onze software helder uit zodat de klant zelf aan de slag kan. Jij lost het niet voor hen op — je zorgt ervoor dat ze het begrijpen en zelfstandig verder kunnen. Je biedt support voor de volgende softwaremodules: Track & Trace (IntelliTracer) — voertuigopvolging en rijgedrag Tijdregistratie — automatische registratie van werkuren via app of blackbox CIAW / CIAO — elektronische aanwezigheidsregistratie op de werf Assetmanagement — opvolging van materiaal en uitrusting via RFID/Bluetooth Toegangscontrole — beheer van toegangsrechten op locatie In een volgende stap groei je door naar de rol van Customer Onboarding Specialist , waarbij je nieuwe klanten actief begeleidt bij hun opstart van onze softwaremodules.
