What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
• Generate and present insurance quotes tailored to customer needs
• Conduct sales presentations and help clients select appropriate coverage
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand existing accounts
• Follow up consistently with clients and prospects
• Develop networking relationships within the community
• Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining excellent service standards
• Stay organized and ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help people ​​​​​​​
