Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Support senior recruiters in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units by sourcing, reviewing, screening, and qualifying candidates before presenting them to hiring managers. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods, targeted outreach, and engaging job postings. Manage candidate activity and workflow within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity throughout the hiring process. Partner on HR initiatives related to diversity hiring, candidate experience, employee engagement, and recruitment process improvements. Stay informed on current hiring trends, market insights, and competitive talent landscapes to identify high-quality candidates effectively. Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in either agency or in-house environments; experience supporting financial services or fintech hiring is preferred.
  • Strong ability to evaluate resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and provide qualified recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication and organizational skills.
