Entry Level Part-Time & Full-Time Available Arlington Pay Range $13.00 - $14.00

What you'll do

We have two departments at this location that you could be considered for.

Sales Floor

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable

Backroom & Processing

• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry

What we're looking for

• You bring a positive attitude and a genuine teamwork mindset
• You show up on time and ready to support your team
• You're curious and eager to learn on the job
• You're comfortable on your feet and can handle physical tasks like lifting and organizing

Depending on the position you're being considered for, we may request a pre-hire physical as part of the onboarding process.
