Ultrasound Technologist (General Sonographer) - Overnight Shift
Little River, SC 29566 | Full-Time Nights


A leading healthcare organization in the Little River, SC area is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (General Sonographer) to join its diagnostic imaging team on the overnight shift.


Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, vascular, small parts, and general imaging studies
• Produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Assess patient history and ensure proper exam protocols are followed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification required (or registry eligible, if applicable)
• Previous experience in general ultrasound preferred
• Strong patient care, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in an overnight setting
