Leasing Agent Position
Are you a people person with great communication skills? We're looking for a leasing agent to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others find their ideal home while providing excellent customer service. Location: Minneapolis, MN (multiple site coverage) Wage: $18 - $24/hr. Hours: 1st shift, 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Saturday (hours may vary)

Duties of the leasing agent:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants with leasing inquiries
- Conduct property tours and highlight amenities
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Handle tenant communications and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of available units and occupancy rates
Requirements of the leasing agent:
- Prior leasing experience required
- Bilingual Spanish
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using leasing software and basic computer applications
