These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.Job DescriptionCompensation: Starting rate of $20.21 - $22.74 an hour (Based on experience)Available Shift: Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures an adequate supply of materials is available to production operationRemoves finished goods from production area and stages them for shippingLoads and unloads freight in a safe and efficient mannerClears blockages from production area to ensure product lines are kept flowingQuickly notifies operator and/or supervisor of quality issues as they arisePromptly informs supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality and efficienciesFollows all Company established rules and policiesAdheres to all Safety rules and regulationsCompletes paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain bin accuracy; clean up bins as neededEnsures housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean and tidyAbility to keep accurate records and inventoryAbility to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essentialPerforms other job duties as assignedQualifications:HS Diploma or equivalency preferredLift truck certified preferred. 2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required; satisfactory completion of forklift training programFlexibility to work overtime and off shifts as neededComputer Skills: RF Scanners; some SAPPhysical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, squatting, twisting, climbing, lifting up to 30 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, and reachingCompany BenefitsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
