Position Overview The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel while ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The Security Supervisor provides leadership, maintains compliance with policies, and may perform Security Officer duties as needed. This role supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel while ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The Security Supervisor provides leadership, maintains compliance with policies, and may perform Security Officer duties as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support Security Officers and Lead Officers on site Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and client requirements Monitor daily activities and maintain a strong security presence Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing direction and leadership during critical situations Maintain accurate reports and documentation, including incident and activity reports Communicate effectively with client representatives, employees, and team members Enforce site rules, regulations, and directives Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management Step in to perform Security Officer duties as required within the scope of the assignment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of security-related training or experience, including lead or supervisory experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Valid Driver’s License required Must be 21 years of age or older Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to climb stairs and move throughout the facility as needed Skills & Competencies Leadership and team management Decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Professional demeanor and reliability Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Work Environment This position is based at an assigned client location and may require both indoor and outdoor duties depending on site needs.
