Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 3 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS; BLS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience
Epic EMR proficiency.
