Draftsman / Cad Designer

Draftsman / CAD Designer – The Hannon Company Tri‑Fab, a division of The Hannon Company, is seeking a Draftsman/CAD Designer with at least two years of CAD experience using SolidWorks/Inventor and AutoCAD. The role focuses on creating custom product designs for our customers. Responsibilities Produce drawings from scratch or update existing drawings. Create 3D models for customer projects. Generate shop drawings. Revise models and drawings as needed. Generate bill of materials (BOM) for projects. Qualifications Proficient in SolidWorks/Inventor and AutoCAD. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly detail‑oriented. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and shop employees. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
