Talent Acquisition Intern Location: Chattanooga, TN (On-site) Pay: $20/hour Looking to launch your career in Human Resources or Recruiting? Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team on‑site in Chattanooga, TN. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real recruiting experience while working for a faith‑based organization that believes business should be done with purpose, integrity, and respect for people. What You’ll Do Support sourcing and recruiting efforts for roles across multiple departments. Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communication. Help manage job postings, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives. Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system. Assist with onboarding activities and special recruiting projects. Gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through hire. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional, people‑focused environment. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. Students currently enrolled should have at least two years of college coursework completed. Rising seniors and recent graduates are strongly preferred. Previous office, HR, or recruiting experience is helpful, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
