Take hold of the chance to manage your own salon and oversee three neighboring salons in a leadership capacity! Join our lively team at Tambry, where you'll have access to enthusiastic teams, secured clientele, and a dependable weekly salary. Our Area Managers consistently earn an impressive $39 to $50 per hour! Base wage = $25/hr + commissions, bonuses, tips. With 13 area locations, if you're eager to excel in a dynamic environment, let's connect!
What You'll Do
- Coach and develop Salon Managers to build strong teams and achieve outstanding results.
- Create positive salon cultures where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.
- Recruit, develop, and retain stylists across multiple salon locations.
- Lead the team while cutting behind the chair 25 hours per week
- Partner with managers to drive performance, solve challenges, and celebrate wins.
- Support underperforming salons with hands-on coaching and actionable improvement plans.
- Lead by example, staying connected to salon operations and stepping in when support is needed.
- Ensure a consistent guest experience and execution of company standards across all locations.
- Build future leaders and help create career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
