With hundreds of team members living out the Premium Experience every day, they are the driving force in making Premium Mortgage Corporation a leading lender in the communities we serve.All positions with Premium Mortgage operate on a Hybrid work schedule unless an exception has been granted by Upper Management.Premium Mortgage is looking to expand its Closing Department with an experienced Closing Coordinator.Job Duties:The Closing Coordinator will be responsible for completing the following job duties:Manages closing and initial CD pipelines to ensure all queues are currentPrepare final closing disclosure in accordance with federal guidelines and established proceduresFund loan to attorney using designated warehouse linesWork with attorneys to schedule closingsEstablishes and maintains relationships with attorneysAssists management in identifying trends and gaps in processes and works to find resolutionsWorks collaboratively to meet turn time requirements and departmental prioritiesCompletes training as requiredCompletes other duties as assigned by managementEducation:A college degree with two years related experience and/or training. A combination of equivalent education and experience is acceptableExperience:Previous experience in the mortgage industry with understanding of loan processingSkills:Customer service skillsTime management skillsWritten communication skillsVerbal communication skillsTeam playerMulti-taskingDetail orientatedOrganizational skillsProblem solving skillsIndependent JudgementWorking Conditions:The Closing Coordinator is primarily in an office setting and maybe exposed to outdoor conditions. Premium Mortgage adheres to a hybrid work model with a requirement of 3 days in office.The working conditions are classified as sedentary work:Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
