The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills.**Responsibilities*** Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions* Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s* Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email* Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers* Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met* Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.* Other duties as assigned.The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Education*** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)* Active license in state of OH & CA required**Experience*** Experience with pharmacist verification work* Clinical Judgement Expertise* Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus**Skills & Abilities*** Ability to work flexible schedule, on-site in our Valley View, OH location* Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners* Exceptional standards of customer care* Strong attention to detail and high level of organization* Problem solving ability* Ability to multi-task* Excellent communication skills and customer service* Self-starter with little to no supervision needed* Passion to help people**Schedule:** This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
