Pay Rate Pay rate: $19 - $25 per hour* Responsibilities Operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and other automated equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines Perform machine setup adjustments and tool changes as needed Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance machining Maintain production and quality documentation accurately Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or quality concerns Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Available shifts 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Previous CNC operating experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring instruments Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Background check and drug test required Ready to take control of your work life?
