Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Location: Columbia, SC or Florence, SC

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed, including hazardous material handling and workplace safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
