LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Requirements
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ADN or ASN degree required.
No prior nursing experience required – New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn healthcare systems and applications.
Ability to assess patient safety needs and implement appropriate interventions.
Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and patient care skills.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN degree.
Previous nursing experience.
ACLS certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
