Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

2+ years in a similar role
High volume experience needed
Oversee, train, and develop all staff.
Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivates return business.
Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
