Core Values Accountability Commitment What will you do? Greet guests with a smile and provide polite and pleasant service. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers and guests. Ensure every guest receives great service and food while working with a sense of urgency. Work well with other management and teammates, cooperate and help others when needed. Take action proactively, willing to go above and beyond what is simply required. Model that customer needs are the highest priority and resolve complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations. Ensure team members present a neat and clean appearance and correctly wear the company uniform. Ensure all team members complete tasks assigned in a timely and accurate manner. Lead team as Manager in Charge, ensuring company standards regarding service, food safety, and general procedures are met, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Actively participate in training and development of team members. Assist with profit and loss management, follow cash control procedures, maintain inventory and manage labor. Provide regular feedback to the RGM and other management on team performance. Are you qualified? Must be 18 years or older. One-year restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts. Must maintain a current health card according to state or local requirements. Basic math and reading skills. Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
