Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/24/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title Travel Physical Therapist – Acute Therapy Services Location Guthrie, Oklahoma Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days (5x8, flexible to 4x10s) | Onsite | Start Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No Weekend or Call Requirements Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses Perform wound care assessments and interventions as applicable Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members using lab results and patient assessments to guide clinical decision-making Document patient care and progress utilizing the EPIC electronic medical records system Work independently under limited supervision while maintaining high standards of patient care Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience Outpatient physical therapy experience is required Experience treating neurological and/or orthopedic patient populations Proficiency with EPIC EMR Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions with limited supervision Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with wound care in a clinical setting Prior travel therapy or acute care hospital experience Why Join Us Critical need placement offering immediate start with a guaranteed 36-hour work week and no weekend or on-call obligations Opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment treating a diverse medical patient population Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 764427.
