About The Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to lead the day-to‑day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. In this role, you’ll oversee building systems, manage budgets and vendors, and guide a team to ensure our environments are safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. You’ll play a key role in supporting business operations by optimizing facility performance, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on balancing strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight. What You’ll Do Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and all facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, catering). Supervise and support facility staff, including maintenance and custodial teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Oversee office moves, renovations, and space planning initiatives. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality work and adherence to specifications. Partner with leadership to plan and support long‑term facility needs and improvements. Establish and maintain facility policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Proficiency with basic computer systems and facility management tools.
