Located in san bernardino, CA Salary: $18.50 Inventory Control Specialist - Full Time (San Bernardino, CA) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)Pay: $18.50 hr Express Employment Professionals of San Bernardino is now hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a well-established warehouse and logistics company in San Bernardino, CA . This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity for candidates with cycle counting , inventory auditing , and warehouse operations experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventory
- Compare physical inventory counts to data in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies
- Communicate findings to inventory management teams
- Assist with unresolved pallet reports and support general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and count documentation
- Follow company safety guidelines and inventory control procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control , cycle counting , or similar warehouse role
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and WMS software
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills , both written and verbal
- Must be reliable and have consistent transportation
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
