Litigation Docket Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Litigation Docket Clerk to join their team. This position is hybrid - 4 days in office. Responsibilities: • Monitoring court dockets and case calendars • Managing court filing deadlines • Inputting case information • Preparing reports, reminder notices, and court filings • Distributing litigation mail and legal pleadings Requirements: • 1+ year of experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with various platforms including Milana, CourtAlert, NYSCEF, and PACER preferred • Licensed or willing to obtain a Process Server license through the New York DCWP • Very organized • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
