Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders
- Assess patient status and responses to therapy; adjust treatments per protocol
- Administer prescribed aerosolized medications and manage airway clearance as needed
- Operate respiratory equipment (ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, humidifiers) and monitor effectiveness
- Document care in the medical record; utilize Epic for orders and Pyxis as required; collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain infection control, equipment readiness, and patient safety during procedures

Requirements
- Active Ohio RCP license and registered respiratory therapist credentials (RRT) with BLS by American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Must have RRT designation; CRT not accepted
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient care environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to sit, stand, and ambulate as needed; may lift up to 25 pounds; comfortable with standard clinical workflow and exposure to routine clinical risks
