Manufacturing Associate

Job Title Manufacturing/Production Associate Location Bowling Green, Ohio Responsibilities Manufacture automotive sealing systems on extrusion lines according to customer specifications. Perform secondary operations—including injection molding, wafer/weno splicing, notching, bending, and other finishing processes—on extruded lengths. Adhere to safety, quality, and production schedule requirements. Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED equivalent required. Pass a drug screen and background check before starting work. Must be willing to work any of the three 8‑hour shifts on a 3‑shift operation. Prior manufacturing experience desired but not required. Compensation & Benefits Wage starts at $18.00/hr and can increase to $20.50/hr. After 6 months, wages may rise to $20.00/hr–$23.50/hr. Shift differential is paid for back‑shift work.
