Executive Sales Representative

Central Florida | Crooked Can Brewing Company Crooked Can Brewing Company is seeking a full-time Executive Sales Representative to join our team and help grow the Crooked Can brand throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a self‑motivated, energetic, and relationship‑driven individual who thrives in the market and enjoys building business. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, competitive, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with our internal sales team, distributor partners, and retail accounts. This position will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across on‑premise and off‑premise accounts throughout Central Florida, ranging from independent bars, restaurants, and retailers to high‑volume chains, resorts, entertainment venues, and key accounts. Experience in beer, beverage, hospitality, or outside sales is preferred. More importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, proven ability to build relationships, and genuine enthusiasm for representing and growing Crooked Can. Responsibilities Manage and grow an assigned Central Florida sales territory across on‑and off‑premise accounts. Develop strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business. Increase Crooked Can distribution, placements, draft handles, package presence, displays, and overall rate of sale. Work closely with distributor sales representatives and management teams to identify opportunities and execute sales priorities. Conduct regular market visits, account calls, follow‑ups, and sales presentations. Develop relationships with independent retailers as well as high‑volume chains, hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, and other key accounts. Plan and execute tastings, promotions, staff trainings, account activations, beer dinners, festivals, and other events. Support new product launches, seasonal releases, promotional programs, and key sales initiatives. Maintain accurate account activity, opportunities, follow‑ups, and sales reporting through company CRM and reporting systems. Review sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Communicate regularly with customers, distributor partners, and the Crooked Can sales team. Represent Crooked Can professionally and enthusiastically in the market. Assist with brewery events, festivals, distributor events, and other sales activities as needed. Meet or exceed established sales goals and territory objectives. Qualifications Beer, beverage, hospitality, or outside sales experience preferred. Previous experience working with a brewery, beverage supplier, distributor, or alcohol retailer is a plus. Knowledge of the Central Florida market and existing relationships with local accounts are strongly preferred. Must reside in Central Florida or be willing to relocate at the candidate’s own expense Relocation assistance is not provided Must be able to consistently travel throughout and effectively manage the entire Central Florida territory Experience working with high‑volume accounts, chains, resorts, theme parks, entertainment venues, grocery retailers, or similar customers is a plus. Strong relationship‑building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business and grow existing accounts. Self‑motivated and comfortable independently managing a territory and daily schedule. Organized and consistent with account follow‑up, planning, CRM usage, and reporting. Ability to work effectively with distributor sales teams and internal departments. Genuine interest in craft beer and the Crooked Can brand. Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends for account events, tastings, and festivals. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. when required for market and event activities. Working knowledge of alcoholic beverage regulations and responsible industry practices.
