Medical AssistantPride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Winter Garden, FL.Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Winter Garden, FL 34787 Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/hour on W2 Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Perform front and back office duties, including answering phones and assisting with daily patient flow.Check patients in and out, obtain vital signs, and room patients for appointments.Administer medications and complete accurate patient documentation within the scope of practice.Conduct outbound patient calls and provide customer-focused support.Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned within the Medical Assistant scope of practice.Requirements:Certification(s): Medical Assistant Certification requiredYears of experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experienceSkills/Specialties/Technology: Front/back office duties, patient rooming, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, outbound calls, and customer service.Additional Information:Dress Code: Neutral-colored scrubs with no logosInterview: In-person with administrationEqual Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
