Receptionist

Join our team as a Daytime, Full-Time, Receptionist, at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute, in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Receptionist receives staff, visitors, and visitors and/or patients, assists or redirects them, and performs clerical job duties.

Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serves customers efficiently and resourcefully in a manner that will positively affect customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness
• Receives staff, visitors and vendors and assists or directs them accordingly
• Answers telephones, makes appointments, and performs other basic and general clerical job duties associated with the department
• May perform other department specific duties, such as: basic accounting, filing, collecting payments, preparing charge forms, or balancing cash funds/accounts

Qualifications

• 1 year clerical or receptionist experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
