Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Blue Wheel People Person - People Operations - Talent Acquisition Position Overview As a Paid Social Strategist , you'll bring hands-on experience and strategic thinking to the development, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal account stakeholders to deliver strong performance outcomes for our clients across various paid social platforms. You will be the subject matter expert for all things Paid Social on your assigned accounts, owning end-to-end strategy, and performance analysis. This is a part-time, freelance role ideal for a self-motivated digital marketer who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Paid Social subject matter expert (SME) on client accounts, leading all strategic and tactical execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Paid Social efforts with broader marketing and business goals Oversee account budgeting, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are on track and optimized toward client KPIs Leverage learnings and historical data to inform strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, and platform diversification Monitor and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat Work with the Paid Social Manager to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns, from ad set creation to launch and optimization Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reporting insights Stay informed of the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep strategies ahead of the curve Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally with a focus on eCommerce clients 1+ year of experience in a digital agency or fast-paced client services environment preferred Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and creatives from scratch Platform experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) or Microsoft Office tools Detail-oriented, data-driven, and self-directed Able to thrive independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment Passionate about creative strategy and testing new platforms, ad formats, and campaign structures What We're Looking For A strategic thinker with a creative eye and analytical mindset Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves solving problems with data A clear communicator who can simplify complexity and confidently lead client conversations A freelancer who values collaboration and is always looking for the next opportunity to improve performance Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Advertising and Marketing Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Blue Wheel by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Get notified about new Social Strategist jobs in United States .
