Machine Shop Lead

Full Time Bryan, TX, US Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily machine shop activities to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Assign work, prioritize jobs, and monitor team performance and productivity. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machining equipment as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Ensure machined parts meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. Support and train machinists on proper machining techniques, tooling, and safe work practices. Coordinate preventive maintenance and report equipment issues to minimize downtime. Monitor tooling, materials, and shop supplies to support production needs. Enforce safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and proper use of PPE. Identify machining issues and support continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency.
