# Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Tomball, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and Night shifts available, 12-hour shifts, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, minimum 2 weekends per month required, no call

Highlights:

• 24-bed Emergency Department at a Level III Trauma Center with accredited Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center designations
• Work with a collaborative team including charge nurse, RNs, and paramedics on each shift
• Utilize Meditech EMR and modern equipment including Level 1 systems, Lucas devices, GE bedside monitors, and advanced vital sign technology
• Diverse case mix including acute care assessment, resuscitation for adults and pediatrics, behavioral health patients, and moderate sedation procedures
• Professional development opportunities with preferred certifications including TNCC, ATCN, and CEN
• Royal blue scrub uniform provided

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Current PALS or ENPC certification (required)
• TNCC, ATCN, or CEN certification (preferred)
• Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Strong team orientation and flexibility to work in various areas including triage and resuscitation rooms
