Foodservice Equipment Sales

$55,000-$60,000 per year

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Pickerington, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Confirm which factories are on each bid or project and research alternate factories that could support it
• Generate a full list of items that need factory quotes and manage quote timelines, so bids are submitted on time
• Build completed quotes for the sales team to submit to dealers
• Review dealer purchase orders to make sure they match factory quotes
• Submit purchase orders to factories and confirm acknowledgment of acceptance
• Keep dealers updated on equipment shipment dates
• Resolve dealer complaints or equipment issues by working directly with the factories

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) customer support experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-minded approach to problem-solving
