Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our fast-paced retail dining operation in Savannah, GA. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail and caf operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly associates.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and retail performance.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Execute promotions, merchandising, and special events.
• Complete required reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or foodservice management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
• P&L and high-volume operational experience preferred.
• Hospitality, retail, or healthcare foodservice experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
