Senior Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Basic Qualifications· 7+ years' experience in a Project Management· 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)· 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)· Familiarity with software development· Excellent communication and leadership skills· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability· Outstanding organizational skills· Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar fieldNice to have:· PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus· ADO skillsNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70 -75 $ W2 hourly range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
