Part-time 24HRs Work week

$80,000-$90,000 salary

Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Stamford, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team every weekend. As a RN Weekend Supervisor , you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining exceptional resident care standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Ensure high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility setting

• Assign staff based on resident acuity and census

• Monitor medication administration and infection control compliance

• Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations

• Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families

• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership support

• Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday 7a–7p or 7p-7a

• 24 hours Work week

Compensation & Perks:
