Cardiovascular Surgery NP/PA

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Cardiothoracic Surgery - Join our award winning, nationally top ranked Cardiology and Open Heart Cardiovascular Surgical team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant! Servicing a population of over 300,000 people, our nurse practitioner and physician assistant teams see cases flown in from all over the state. This position will work on the floors and the clinic as well as first assist in surgery including vein harvesting.

Compensation:
Up to $174,000
+ $10,000 sign-on bonus
+ $5,000 relocation allowance
+ $2,500 + 1 week CME allowance
+ 401k match, full benefits, & PTO
+ DEA, license, and malpractice paid

Team and Scope:
4 MDs + 4 NP|PAs
40% surgery, 40% Floor, 20% clinic|office
46% vascular, 37% cardiac, 17% thoracic
Surgery days begin at 6am, office days begin at 8am
Call coverage is 1|4 of the month, available by phone but rare for call-backs

Requirements:
Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with surgical experience
Unrestricted license
Experience First Assisting in OR required
Experience with CT patients required
Vein harvesting experience preferred
New graduates with requisite exposure welcomed to apply
