What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results with meticulous attention, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary preventative maintenance as well as calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and ensure proper preparation of samples for laboratory testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes, provide training for new team members or students, and enforce laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
