This health system operates a 25-bed inpatient facility providing obstetric and gynecologic services with structured 24-hour call coverage. The facility maintains a low-volume emergency department with 7 beds and delivers 28-34 deliveries per month. Clinical operations are conducted on-site with established protocols to support continuous patient care across obstetric services.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic call coverage through 24-hour shifts at an on-site facility in North Carolina, with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Clinical responsibilities include vaginal and cesarean deliveries, with a delivery volume of 28-34 per month; no ICU responsibilities are required, and clinicians will not be expected to respond to codes. Clinicians must be prepared to respond to the hospital within 20 minutes and must complete orientation the day before or the morning of the first shift. All clinical documentation is completed using EPIC EMR. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this assignment.
