Corporate Controller

THE OPPORTUNITY This is a strategic finance leadership role for someone who thrives in a complex global environment. The person in this seat will drive the global close, lead the IFRS transition, own the consolidation platform, and partner with the CFO on M&A support, Treasury, and Board-level reporting. WHAT YOU WILL DO Direct global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for all reporting locations. Lead the IFRS transition initiative for the organization. Own and expand the global financial reporting consolidation platform. Ensure global compliance with the internal control framework and SOX requirements. Direct the global annual standard cost-setting process using full absorption accounting. Serve as Treasury leader and global bank account manager. Support M&A transactions including legal entity creation and coordination with international counsel. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA license preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Experience in manufacturing operations environments.
