FINRA Licensed Financial Planning Leader

Leading the enterprise financial planning strategy, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Financial Planning Leader will design and execute a comprehensive protection-first planning model, integrating insurance, retirement, investments, and wealth management while ensuring scalable delivery for advisors and clients. Key responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop and implement a holistic financial planning strategy and governance framework Design scalable planning models and enhance digital capabilities to improve advisor productivity and client engagement Lead advanced market strategies for high-net-worth clients, ensuring integration of complex planning solutions Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning with significant leadership responsibility Proven experience in developing planning strategies within an insurance or wealth management organization Deep understanding of holistic financial planning, including life insurance, annuities, and investment solutions Strong knowledge of advanced planning concepts and ability to translate complex information into actionable solutions FINRA Series 7, 66, 63/65 required; Series 24 must be obtained within 90 days of hire
