Shifts are scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM. Every other weekend and holidays are required. Candidates must possess a valid RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. This role requires strong clinical skills in emergency care. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential. Teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals are crucial. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate the needs of the department.
