Speech Pathology - Lockhart, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with early elementary populations (PreK-2nd grade) strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach and excellent communication with school staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK-2nd grade students
• Develop individualized intervention plans and deliver direct therapy
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
• Provide strategies and resources for staff and parents to foster carryover of speech-language targets
