Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with early elementary populations (PreK-2nd grade) strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach and excellent communication with school staff and families
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK-2nd grade students
- Develop individualized intervention plans and deliver direct therapy
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
- Provide strategies and resources for staff and parents to foster carryover of speech-language targets
