Electrical Engineer

Job Description

XTech is seeking to hire an Electrical Engineer to join and be an integral part of a specialized team producing high voltage equipment for generating downhole plasma discharges. You would be involved in the research, design, and development of specialized mobile high-voltage electrical components and systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and assist in the installation of high-voltage components and systems
Assess and modify existing power distribution systems
Troubleshoot relay and data system designs
Generate and document equipment function testing
Ensure reliable operation of equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
Familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of relay design standards
Excellent root cause analysis skills
Familiarity with high-voltage concepts and / or systems
