This onsite, contract-based position spans the full 26/27 school year, offering a consistent 37.5-hour work week. You’ll make a significant impact by working closely with students, particularly those impacted by Autism, supporting their communication needs and educational growth.

What you bring:

• Active Arizona SLP license
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Arizona Department of Education school certification
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially those affected by Autism, is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades 4–12, focusing on social communication, articulation, expressive and receptive language
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address each student’s specific needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state requirements, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy techniques for diverse learning profiles and adjust approaches as needed throughout the school year
